PDx-Pop^® software seamlessly integrates with existing tools to expedite the iterative process of population pharmacokinetic modeling and analysis.
Working in concert with NONMEM^®, the “gold standard” in Population Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic modeling, S-PLUS^® Analytic Software and MS Excel^®, PDx-Pop delivers optimal flexibility, increased efficiency and added functionality.
At the 2006 PAGE meeting, several new features of the newly-released software will be demonstrated including:

• Automated Model Evaluation (Bootstrap, Objective Function Value profiling, and Leverage Analysis)
• Graphical NONMEM installation tool supporting selected compilers and associated options (requires NONMEM v1.1CD 18 Mar 2005)
• Inclusion of NONMEM installation qualification files in PDx-Pop format
• Library of NONMEM control streams
• System diagnostics to assure trouble-free use
